On June 30, 2025, Governor Phil Murphy signed S-4654 into law, which amends the legal notice requirements under the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA). Beginning March 1, 2026, public entities must publish their legal notices on their website, rather than in newspapers.
Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., all meeting notices of Bernards Township Library Library Board of Trustees shall be posted on the library’s official website.
