Teen Tech Week 2012!

It's Teen Tech Week and we're hosting a QR Code Scavenger Hunt! Starting March 4, you can stop in any time to complete the hunt and enter to win a
$25 Amazon.com gift card!

What you need: headphones and a device that can scan QR codes (you can borrow one of our iPads from the circulation desk with a student ID)

If you are using your own device, you will need a QR app. If you don’t have one, we recommend the app “Scan” for Apple devices or “Barcode Scanner” for Android devices.

At the last location of the scavenger hunt you will receive a “secret code”. Come to the reference desk with that code and you will be entered to win a $25 Amazon gift card!

Printz Award Announced!
The Michael L. Printz Award is an award for a book that exemplifies literary excellence in young adult literature. It's like the Oscars of Teen Books.
This year's winner is Where Things Come Back by John Corey Whaley.

The Printz Committee also names Honor books (ie. the runner-ups). This year they are:
